Michael Jones
Co-founder & Project Architect – Italy / Spain
Founder of Epidaurus.io and AgroReGenerations. Environmental strategist and regenerative systems designer overseeing pilot scope and cross-regional coordination. Re-engaging after extended parental leave, having led the project’s inception and mapping in early 2024.

Dennis Kopon
Youth Co-founder & Regional Coordinator – Biome 2
Holds a degree in International Relations. Leads pilot coordination in the Lake Victoria region, rooted in his family’s land. Former UNEP-UNDP program officer and recipient of a UN recommendation letter from Michael Stanley-Jones. Central to AgroReGenerations’ field operations and partner relations.

Tahrima Sultana
Co-founder & Strategic Development – UK / Bangladesh
MBA in Finance from University of Dhaka, Certified Scrum Master, and DLT Talents alum (Frankfurt School of Finance). Brings 18+ years across fintech, education, and regenerative systems. Provides strategic and grant oversight.

Catherine Odeso Kopon
Co-founder & Finance/Admin Lead – Nairobi
CPA finalist with a degree in Finance from Maseno University. Senior accountant and administrator. Manages workshop logistics, compliance, and financial reporting. Co-leads implementation with her brother Dennis on their family land.

Deepthi Sarvamangala Mouli
Systems Integration – Technical Coordinator
Deepthi supports our systems integration efforts across AgroReGenerations’ global pilot nodes, aligning data layers, validator outputs, and dashboard functionality. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science (graduated with distinction) and completed her MSc in Advanced Computer Science at the University of Birmingham (Sept 2025). Deepthi is a recipient of the university’s Postgraduate Professional Development Award for outstanding academic and professional achievement.

Peter Murage
Kenya Lead & MOOF Africa Director – Biome 1
​Director of MOOF Africa and agroforestry educator with advanced training from the University of London. Leads farmer training and workshop facilitation across both Kenyan biomes. Anchors this application as the primary Kenyan institutional partner.

Victor Rono
Digital Systems & MVP Developer – Kenya
Holds a degree in Business Information Technology from JKUAT. Leads MVP backend development for AgroConnect and EPiDAgro. Focuses on farmer-friendly tech and modular data tools.

Diemas Sukma Hawkins
Analyst & Strategic Advisor
Diemas contributes to AgroReGenerations’ carbon offset modeling, regenerative finance strategy, and cross-sector alignment across Asia-Pacific and global networks. A Senior Partner with the Geoparks Investment Advisory Council and Public Relations Specialist at the Rinjani-Lombok UNESCO Global Geopark, he brings proven infrastructure experience and policy insight. Beyond his advisory role, Diemas collaborates with us on joint ventures and implementation tracks, advancing ecosystem-led development through entrepreneurial and institutional pathways.

Agroforestry & Regeneration Advisor – Lombok, Indonesia
Professor of tropical agroforestry at Mataram University and PhD candidate in Tropical Silviculture (Bogor Agricultural Institute). Designs AgroReGenerations’ mushroom grow systems and regenerative MVP logic.

Farah Lodi
Environmental Justice & Strategic Advisor
Farah brings nearly two decades of international experience in education, sustainability, and curriculum design. She holds an MLitt in Chinese Studies with a focus on Uyghur representation from Newcastle University, and a postgraduate award in Water, Wetlands, and Marine Resources Management from SOAS University of London. A certified carbon literacy trainer and experienced educator, she has contributed to community resilience initiatives and environmental learning in Asia, the UK, and East Africa. Farah speaks Chinese at a professional level and has volunteered with Fauna & Flora International and the British Council. She is a mother of two and an advocate for equitable and inclusive climate education.

Zohreh Barzgar
Soil Systems & Carbon Sequestration Advisor
Zohreh Barzgar is a soil scientist and laboratory manager specializing in soil chemistry, fertility, and plant nutrition. She has led the Soil Chemistry and Plant Nutrition Lab at the University of Tehran and collaborated on national carbon sequestration efforts with the UNDP. Her expertise includes the study of humic and fulvic acids, soil organic matter, and cation exchange processes in arid and saline environments. Zohreh supports AgroReGenerations' soil strategy and carbon measurement systems with an emphasis on scientific validation and regenerative best practices.

Samuel Ngereso
Youth Climate Fellow – Biome 2, Kenya
30 years old. Passionate about soil, trees, and the environment. Grows and sells tree seedlings locally and supports tree planting with the Kenya Forest Service at Maragoli Hills Forest.
